What do I do?

Teaching

I am a full professor of European law with more than 15 years of experience in teaching on the graduate and post-graduate level.

Research and Publishing

I have led or participated in more than 10 national and international research projects in the field of EU law, democracy, rule of law, legal theory and human rights protection. My bibliography consists of more than 800 entries.

Consulting

As an editor in chief of the Commentary of the Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia, I am a leading expert in Slovenian constitutional law, and have offered legal advice in the field of EU law, comparative constitutional law and human rights protection to the private and public sector alike.
