A book co-edited with Jan Komarek is forthcoming in the
next week or two. It offers a comprehensive treatment of different
theories of constitutional pluralism and, for that reason alone,
not to mention a really excellent group of contributors,
promises a good read. More on the book, which is going to be
officially launched at LSE on March 15 (commentator: Martin
